Can I personalize my order?
Yes — most signs, guest books, and engraved pieces can be customized with your name, text, or color. Look for the "Personalize this item" field on the product page, or message us at info@southerncreativestudio.com if you want something fully custom.
Do you take fully custom/one-off requests?
Yes — we regularly design one-of-a-kind pieces working directly with customers. If you don't see what you're picturing, email us.
Do you offer discounts for multiple items or wedding parties?
Yes — buy 2+ signs and get 10% off, or 2+ earrings and get 15% off, applied automatically at checkout. Planning a wedding party or bulk gift order? Message us — we can often work out a custom quote.

Where do you ship from?
New Orleans, Louisiana.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
How long does it take to make my order?
Everything is handmade. Some items ship right away, but most are made to order and take a few days to a week or more. Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering — rush orders may be possible for an extra charge.
Is local pickup available?
On select items, yes, for customers near New Orleans — check the product page or ask us before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Items must be new and unused, in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Do I need to do anything before sending a return?
Yes — email info@southerncreativestudio.com with your order number and reason for return first. Returns sent without an approved request may not be accepted.
Can I return a personalized/custom item?
No — custom and personalized items are final sale, since they're made specifically for you.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email info@southerncreativestudio.com with clear photos of the defect along with your return request — claims without photos may not be processed.
Who pays return shipping?
You cover return shipping costs. Once your return request is approved, mail to: 141 Allen Toussaint Blvd #1010, New Orleans, LA 70124.
Materials & Care
What materials do you use?
Real hardwoods — oak, walnut, cherry, mahogany, beech, and other quality species, chosen piece by piece.
Are your cutting boards food-safe?
Yes — finished with multiple coats of FDA food-grade mineral oil and organic beeswax.
How do I care for my cutting board?
Never put it in the dishwasher. Hand wash and dry, and rejuvenate with board butter — wipe on, let sit 2-5 minutes, buff out. For stains or odors, use salt and lemon, rinse, then re-oil. With care, a board can last a lifetime.
